HOW TO PLACE ORDERS
1. Look through our store till you find the item you wish to buy.
2. Click "Add to Cart" next to the item you wish to buy.
3. To change or remove an item or quantity from your shopping
cart, click "View Cart." To change the quantity, enter the
desired number and click "Update."
4. When you have verified your selected items and quantity,
click "Checkout."
5. Log in, "Create New Account" or "Place Order Without
Account."
6. Enter contact info, shipping and billing address. Click
"Continue."
7. Select shipping and payment types then click "Continue."
8. Verify your order and select payment by credit card, check or PayPal.
9. Click "Continue."
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment may be made by Mastercard, Visa or PayPal. If you send a personal check with your order, be aware that your order may take up to a month to process. Once we receive your check, we deposit the check within a week, wait up to 10 business days for it to clear, then it can take a week to fill the order, wrap and ship the plants. It can take up to a month from the day you mail your personal check until you receive your plants, where normally we are famous for our fast delivery of plants.
SALES TAX
Tax of 7.75% is added on for orders processed in the State of California. Sales tax is calculated during the order checkout process and is based on existing local, state and federal laws. Taxes imposed will be specified in your cart prior to submitting your order.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship twice each week. Domestic shipments are sent by USPS 2-3 day priority mail delivery because a lot of succulents tend to stretch and lose color if kept in dark boxes too long. Deliveries are normally 2-3 days anyplace with a zip code. We ship international shipments where US Post Office regulations permit. Some countries do not allow the import of live plants. Check the import regulations with your country's custom department to determine whether importation is allowed, and any permits you may need. Due to the possibility of custom's intervention, the buyer accepts all risks. No refunds or exchanges can be considered for any reason. Internation shipments require a phytosanitary certificate. The cost is $90 added to your order. We are working on becoming CITES certified for some rare plants to be shipped out of the country, so a few plants will not be available for shipment out of the country right away. CITES is an all nation law to prevent rare and endangered plants from being dug up from the wild, thus becoming extinct in the wild. Our plants are commercially grown from seed and cuttings, so this is not a problem for us.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
We ship only the highest quality plants. If you are dissatisfied with the shipment, you must contact us within three days of receiving your plants. If we are notified within three days, we will accept returns and we will refund the amount of the plant purchase. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged in transit items. All charges for shipping are non-refundable. We guarantee the plants to be healthy on arrival. We do not guarantee your plants will live as they depend on your care after you receive them- at least half day sun or more and watering when dry (weekly in pots or ground, especially in summer) and repotting to a larger container if rootbound. Drainage is a must. For tender succulents, avoid temperatures below 32 degrees.
